If you’re like me, then you just can’t get enough of ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ ABC has announced the cast for the upcoming season. Season 13 of DWTS premieres Monday, September 19th at 8pm. It will be pit against other networks and shows such as, Fox’s ‘Terra Nova’ and ‘House’, CBS’ two-hour sitcom block, and NBC’s ‘The Sing-Off’ and finally CW’s ‘Gossip Girl’ and ‘Hart of Dixie.’ However I think DWTS will hold their own. Here is a list of the new stars preparing to dance their hearts out:Women: Elisabetta Canalis: She is most famous for dating and parting ways with Hollywood hot shot, George Clooney. The 32-year-old Italian actress will have no problem shimmying her way around the ballroom in those skimpy costumes. She has had a recurring role on season 3 of ‘Leverage’. Kristin Cavallari: Most famous for reality shows such as ‘Laguna Beach’ and ‘The Hills,’ Kristin is currently nursing a broken heart. She recently called off her engagement to NFL star, Jay Cutler. Hopefully she can rebound by showing off some smooth moves on the dance floor! Nancy Grace: She is the boisterous HLN talking-head. Hopefully her partner has some thick skin, she is known for dishing out criticism. Ricki Lake: Fans of Hairspray know the dance skills of this onetime talk show host. We will see how those dance moves have fared over the years when the show premieres on the 19th. Chynna Phillips: Most recently made a surprise cameo in the summer blockbuster ‘Bridesmaids’, the Wilson Phillips front woman, 43, will try to prove that her dance skills are up to par with those vocal chops. Hope Solo: The U.S. women’s soccer star, 30, is already at a huge advantage going into this competition. She is an athlete, and athletes usually do quite well in this competition.Men: David Arquette: The Scream Superstar is no stranger to hamming it up for the camera, so making his presence known on the series won’t be an issue. Ron Artest: Also having that athletic edge, the 31 year-old- controversial Lakers star will bring a competitive edge to DWTS. Chaz Bono: Recently undergoing a very public gender transition, Chaz is ready to show America how to dance. Chaz will make DWTS history as the first transgender contestant, and will be partnered with a female. Robert Kardashian: The 24-year-old male Kardashian is sure to bring his cocky attitude to the dance floor. He is following in big sis Kim’s footsteps. Carson Kressley: He is an Emmy-Winning television star, celebrity stylist, author and fashion designer. He will be a welcome addition to this competition due to his big personality. J.R. Martinez: ‘All My Children’ Alum and retired soldier. This 28 year-old Pine Valley Policemen will try his hand at something new, dancing!Go to ABC.com where you can watch full episodes, read the latest dancing with the stars news, meet the pros, and take the DWTS Trivia challenge.
