It seems that TV viewers can't get enough of the present day medical dramas that keep popping up across DISH Network programming. ABC adds its latest series to the list with 'Off the Map', hoping to combine island fever fans of 'Lost' with 'Grey's Anatomy' worshippers. Granted, the crew of doctors on 'Off the Map' are by no means stranded, but considering the closest full-service medical complex is a solid seven hours away, it gives the feeling of 'Lost' status - having to practice medicine in a South American jungle. According to the New York Daily News, you can expect high-impact drama and an "educational" experience on tonight's premiere episode. Not only will you get to meet the cast of young doctors on the show including Tommy Fuller played by Zach Gilford and Zee Alvarez (Valerie Cruz) so you can start picking your favorites and predicting future hook-ups, but you'll also get a look at the first onslaught of patients. The medical staff comes up short on blood supply during a surgery (they are in jungle - remember?) the head doctor, Ben Keeton (Martin Henderson) literally climbs up a coconut tree in order to get the blood substitute to finish the job.
