Discovery Channel on DISH Network is bringing back its popular reality series 'Deadliest Catch' for its seventh season in a two hour season premiere on Tuesday, April 12. If you're new to 'Deadliest Catch' it's a gripping series of The Perfect Storm meets 'World's Toughest Jobs' (also a Discovery Channel show) plus a theme that revolves around competition, camaraderie and a passion for the grueling jobs that have consumed the lives of the fishermen that are followed by the Discovery Channel cameras. In addition to the introduction of "two new fishing boats to the [other five in the] 'Catch' fleet," Tuesday's premiere will also get back in touch with Josh and Jake Harris after losing their father, Capt. Phil Harris, last season. The Cornelia Marie wasn't the only ship to lose an integral member, seeing as the Time Bandit crew is also recovering from its own loss of Justin Tennison. Just when the ladies reading this think that it's just another reality series for your significant other to take up the space on your DVR, you haven't seen the new addition of Ramblin Rose to the fleet, "a.k.a. the floating frat house" with crew member and former college athelete, James Creel. Viewers can watch the two hour season seven premiere of 'Deadliest Catch' on Tuesday, April 12 at 9pm on the Discovery Channel, part of DISH Network programming.
