For those of you that are desperately missing your weekly fix of Tammy Taylor from ‘Friday Night Lights,’ need to tune into FX tonight and see her in the new horror series, ‘American Horror Story.’ The new thriller is centered on a family, the Harmon’s that move from Boston to Los Angeles for a fresh start. The action of ‘American Horror Story’ centers around psychologist Ben Harmon (Dylan McDermott) who moves his family to overcome some past difficulties, which include an extramarital affair on his part. They purchase a large house at a cheap price, despite the real estate agent’s warning that the prior occupants died in a murder-suicide. Once they have moved in, things seem to only get weirder. They receive constant unwarranted visits from there overly obnoxious neighbor Constance (Jessica Lange) and her special needs daughter Adelaide (Jamie Brewer), who repeatedly warns Vivien, “You’re going to die.” Mr. Harmon also mysteriously develops a sleepwalking habit, and an attraction to the elderly maid who he also mysteriously sees as a younger sultrier woman (played by Alexandra Breckenridge). Fan Favorite Connie Britton plays Mrs. Harmon, “Vivien” who is just recovering from a stillbirth when she discovered that her husband was sleeping with one of his students. However you will see how Britton miraculously manages to shoulder the weight of the most outrageous moments. ‘American Horror Story’ will keep you guessing and wanting more week after week. Catch the series premiere tonight at 10pm only on FX. To add this to your satellite TV programming lineup visit us at DISH-Systems or call (866)989-3474.
