Diary of Facebook Programming Special on MTV

Now that almost everyone has seen the award-winning flick The Social Network in theaters, MTV takes viewers on a 'True Life - esque' look at Mark Zuckerberg's company in a 30-minute documentary special, 'Diary of Facebook,' on Wednesday at 11pm, part of DISH Network Top 120 programming. Not only will MTV cameras be invited into the Facebook offices, but the cameras also followed around two different employees to show their experiences working for the company, from an engineer to someone working in the marketing department. Remember those 'Hackathons' from The Social Network? Well, they really do exist and MTV will be right there filming the 24 hour computer geeks in their ultimate environment. According to HuffPost Technology, MTV said the following of its documentary special: "From employees’ experiences working on site protection and being challenged to innovate, [...] the audience will walk away with an intimate look at the [...] day-to-day dealings of one of the world’s most talked about companies and social platforms." Check out a preview below of the exclusive half hour special that airs Wednesday night (March 30) on MTV, channel 160 for DISH Network subscribers, at 11pm ET/PT.
