This change will affect both new and existing customers. Prior to September 9th, all DISH Network customers with an applicable antenna pointed to the 110° or 72.7° orbital locations were able to receive The Documentary Channel. Effective September 9th, new and existing customers will not receive The Documentary Channel unless they subscribe to the Classic Bronze 100 or higher programming package.
