The 2011 NHL Finals have been a must-watch series even for NHL fans whose team didn't make it to the playoffs. While the Vancouver Canucks are leading the series 3-2, the Boston Bruins still have a chance to push the series to game 7 on Wednesday if they can rebound at home tonight. According to SI.com, one thing to take note of in tonight's game is which team is able to score first, seeing as it has set the trend for the series when the first scoring team so far in each game has gone on to win it at the end of the third period. While game 5 showed hope for the Canucks to take the Stanley Cup heading into game 6 with 15-6 turnovers, the Bruins have to be confident with an at-home advantage and superstar goalie Tim Thomas (possible Conn Smythe Trophy contender for series MVP award) on their side defensively. If the Canucks don't score a win Monday night in Boston, the series will continue with game 7 Wednesday night on NBC - check local listings for channel and times. NBC Sports will host the intense game 6 of the series, which can be found in HD on DISH Network at 8pm ET. Do you think the Bruins will be able to pull out a win at home tonight? Who do you predict will win the series overall? What player do you think will win the Conn Smythe Trophy for the series' MVP award?
