This weekend marks the end of two popular TV series as DISH Network airs the series finales of HBO's scripted 'Big Love' (five season run) and ABC's reality show 'SuperNanny' (ends its sixth season Friday). In addition to saying goodbye to the polygamist drama on HBO and the British nanny who whipped America's parents and their kids into shape, there will also be two season finales to watch this weekend: ABC's 'Detroit 1-8-7' and History Channel's 'Ax Men.' In the series finale of 'SuperNanny,' Jo Frost will take on her last challenge in a heartwarming story of tragedy and hope for a father of three sons who lost his wife to breast cancer. Rightfully so, Jo decided that it was time to leave the show on her own to focus on her personal life and according to Yahoo! TV, "and one day make her own hyperactive brood of kids to rehabilitate." 'SuperNanny' will air on ABC, Friday (March 18) at 8pm ET. TVLINE recently sat down with 'Big Love's' Cassi Thomson who plays Chloë Sevigny's daughter on the show. Thomson mentioned that the series finale will be "shocking and outrageous" and "everything will get tied up" for fans of the show, so not to worry about being left hanging! The last episode of 'Big Love' will air Sunday (March 20) night on HBO at 9pm.
